Hello my exercises really hurt..I am doing 25 of 30 x 3 times aday.towel under knee push down with knee and lift leg ! So painful! That's 1 of 4 .another is sliding leg from laying down flat back towards you it's bent as much as possible!.same amount of times..then grip hips and tighten for 30 times.
It's blackened my ankle at 2 pm and rest of leg is black and blue around knee .we changed the socks and I sat down...I just fell asleep with exhaustion for an hour. That's second session per day. Next 6 pm. I certanly know I have done them 😪😱
