I got a second opinion from a Specialist Group, that just helps Botched Cases and others that regular Surgeons can't deal with. I was told they have never seen such a mess, as I have in my Lumbar Spine. The Fusion has failed on top and bottom, allowing more damage to be done. Two Choices he gave, Do nothing and I will be in a Wheelchair in a year, or they are willing to try and do a revision surgery, to stabilize my Spine and and fix the New Damage that has been done. He said ,"it's no wonder my pain is so bad" from the way things are flopping around. Sorry for the long message, but I wanted to let you know what was going on. If we go ahead with it, it will be Jan. or Feb. before they can get to me. I am glad you are finally going to get your new Hip ! Congrats Hazel !
