Hi, Michelle!  It's 68 degrees this morning at 7:40 a.m., and will get up to 83 today.  Perfect for us desert rats.  :)  Yesterday afternoon I worked out front removing some little branches off of the tree.  Was afraid they might smack someone in the face even though their leaves are fern-like.  Your trip in October sounds idylic!  :)  I'm sure you'll share photos!  ;) !!!  Our change here is mostly in November.  Our Palo Verde tree out front will once again get "naked".  So much easier to care for.  The tree grows like a weed.  Have a wonderful day and hope you get some rain in the next few days.  xxx
