It's still quite cold, only 16F, feels like 7F.  Cloudy but bright with the snow on the ground.  I watched the Rose Parade.  The floats were beautiful and I felt sorry for the people in the parade because it was raining the whole time.  At least it's not cold in CA.  Enjoy your day!
