Splashing by, made 3 jars of pickled eggs yesterday, today am going to try making pickled rhubarb, was given some and don't want to make jam or cake (sugar) so this seemed like an interesting experiment, and looks easy enough! No canning required, just hot brine and slap a lid on then stick it in the fridge for a few weeks! Have a lovely evening xxxoooxxxooo
