Night time sprinkles....what a day. We ended up with 2.36 inches of rain today. Only one tornado watch/warning. Lots of thunder and lightning. Glad it calmed down. It looks like you might start getting rain too. I hope you are right about it being a lone rogue bat. I have been high alert all day. I sure don't like them creepy little creatures. Sounds like you have given the denial and the amount you pay versus the coverage a lot of thought and consideration. I would want an clear explanation of the denial. You might be better off to try and find a reputable handyman that might be able to help. If you are wanting a contractor well known in the area you are probably right about them not having lack of work. It's quite the tightrope you have to walk with that sort of thing. I will heading to Dreamland in a bit....I will meet you there later. I will be praying you won't get too much rain overnight. You sure don't need any liquid precipitation at the moment.
