Its another cold day here we had more snow overnight but melting a little now x Hope it dorsnt freeze over later x We did the food shopping this morning i made a quick dash round x I have just pottered with inside jobs as usual and watched a few quiz shows in the afternoon x I am sure your mum will be happy with anything you get her its nice to get a surprise x I watched an old detective programme last night i think i told you before its called Waking the dead its cold cases that get opened up again you should look for it think you might like it to xJust heading of to start our tea shortly going to do mac and cheese for a change x

It's cool that your gym has a track, I wish ours did. It's been over 30 years since I ran last, both knees have been replaced and they told me I couldn't. I'm going to have to start slowly, lol.
You're getting exercise, that's all that's important!
