Needless to say I've not started on the new puzzle, it's sitting here in it's box waiting, maybe I'll get it sorted tomorrow.

D sent a message while I was with Sam to say he couldn't keep his appointment with Pippa the chiropodist on Sunday. She's coming to me that day and should have gone to him afterwards. I gave him her details but naturally he's lost them so he wondered if I could tell her. MEN, typical, get a woman to sort things out for you. She was fine about it but I'm wondering what he's doing on a Sunday morning when all he does is see the lady friend and she's staying with him, curiouser and curiouser. LOLOL

Hi Janet, we saw the assassination of that poor man on our news. I'm so sorry that such awful things happen too often, his poor wife and children must be devastated.

I enjoyed my afternoon with Sam and Tessa came over too which was a nice surprise. They've been sorting out their Christmas wreath making classes, I was amazed after Sam posted the dates how quickly people were getting in touch and booking their classes, I mean within 10 minutes. Wow

Its been much cooler today and with the wind chill it didn't quite make 60, plus we've had a lot of rain showers and even thunder at times. I'm glad I got the grass cut last weekend, mind you it's starting to grow again.
