Hello! I hope your day is a good one. Rain and storms predicted for today. we will see. I am guinea pig sitting. The granddaughters and family are off to see the Pacific Northwest.It will be a great adventure! It must be something to cope with,the hot weather,stay cool.My flowers really require the water with the hot conditions we have had. sending hugs!

Good morning Janet. I go to the dermatologist every year to have a full body scan. My next appointment is in November. Really puts your mind at ease. I’ve had cryotherapy done quite a bit on brown spots or moles that I want gone. It is quite the high maintenance procedure and takes a long time to heal and see results. My dermatologist is very hard to get into. Sometimes it takes months if you are trying to get an appointment for something other than a body scan. We have an heat advisory again today. The dew point is going to be in the 70’s …yuk!! 💜
