Good morning Janet. Thanks for the albino squirrel. Piper is doing great. She has an appointment with the vet today at 11. My daughter is going with me. I’m a big fan of standard time, I know…unpopular opinion but I thrive when we set the clocks back to the normal time. When we spring forward to daylight saving time I never seem to catch up and I’m always tired in the morning. This morning I felt wide awake and refreshed. Both Penny and Piper did well with the time change as well. Halloween was a washout pretty much. It rained and the wind just about blew everyone away. It was miserable. I set my tree up on Saturday. It is not decorated yet and I won’t do that until maybe mid November. I usually don’t do it until the day after Thanksgiving but last year I caved and did it earlier. I guess I will go with how I feel and do it accordingly. I also did my mantle and put some decorations up around the rest of the house. I know that it’s early but I enjoy it and I am home during the day so I like to sit with the Christmas tree lights on and read a book. With a new puppy I don’t know how much book reading I will get done, but I still love the twinkle of the Christmas lights. I hope you have a great start to the new week. Happy Monday. 💜
