Tomorrow I need to sort out something to wear for the wedding on Wednesday, I have a couple of things in mind and tonight I phoned my cousin to check I was still going in his car with my aunt and his wife. I'm glad he said yes so I don't need to drive also I have no idea where the church or restaurant are.

I like the idea of healthy cookies, it's like saying chocolate is good for you, after all it's a cocoa bean. I must be one of the healthiest people you know. lol

I saw the physio this afternoon and we discussed my other hip. I told her I didn't think it was time yet to go for another replacement. It doesn't trouble me as much as the other one did so she's going to keep me on her records and I can go back any time if it gets worse. She's given me some resistant bands to use and some exercises to do and I try to walk most days to get in at least 5000 steps and usually more, so far today I've done 8404 and that was with sitting to sort a new puzzle. I finished the Railway Inn one, unfortunately there was a piece missing. I'll send you a pic.

Hi Janet, it's been a warm [70] muggy day, 75% humidity. We've not seen much of Storm Floris just drizzle on and off then one short heavy outburst earlier this evening.

You made me smile when you said you used your smart watch phone. Sam's hubby set mine up and I've never used it, maybe I should try. I have enough problems with my mobile so I'll maybe I'll leave it alone...for emergencies only!

I feel for Chris, my cousin Christine broke hers last year and now walks with a stick. Chris and Christine hope that's not an omen! She's just 80 and at that age healing takes longer but she feels the same way that it will never be right. Tessa broke hers when she was in her late 20's and pregnant and she still occasionally sees a physio.
