Hi! I hope Randy is feeling better.Lizzy is doing well.We are having colder weather,I worked on the bird feeders. I do not want the sparrows to go hungry,so I feed them in another area. They are very aggressive to other birds. I put suet cakes and a feeder of sunflower seeds and one of safflower. I am a bird nerd!!   I hope you get some sunshine soon! I hate gloomy days especially days in a row. Well, sending hugs and enjoy your evening!

I've sorted the new puzzle and done the edges but am still finding it hard to concentrate so I've put it aside at the moment. As I'm getting up early, well early for me, I'm hoping to be in bed by 10.

I checked the weather app and saw that there's an 80% chance of rain tomorrow so I guess there's an 80% chance Alan won't be coming. I'm not sure when he was last here but it was before his 3 week holiday and he said he'd next come on the 27th October, well tomorrow is the 24thth November so he's only about a month late!

Glad your boy ate well after yesterday and I don't mean Don! Pity he's started to wake you up early, he was being so good with you getting almost 8 hours. But bless him you'd not be without him.

Hi Janet, you're probably right I am making slow progress I just wish I could sleep without waking with a coughing fit and unable to clear my chest. I do feel a bit better all I really need is sleep. My lovely cousin David's wife Karen phoned this morning to see if I needed anything and would have brought me a cooked dinner. I thanked her but I have got food in the house and although I was very tempted I declined as she's already cooking 2 meals for her sister and delivering them. Plus it's pouring with rain again and hasn't stopped all morning. The weather app says it may clear this afternoon, that won't come too soon for me, I'm tired of water coming through under the letter box. Calling them out will be my first job in the morning or just after Pippa has gone. She should be here at 9 but knowing her she'll be here to do my feet at half past 8.
