What a surprise Alan didn't come, it rained overnight and was drizzly this morning I'm wondering if he'll come back this year, I hope so.

I spent this afternoon doing the puzzle and should finish it tomorrow. It's been fun, I must remember to send a pic to Maggie so she can see what she missed!

Good luck with your visit to Dr Russ, don't forget to put your Sat Nav on. I'm always doubtful of using an alternative route when I'm going anywhere, but when I visit Maggie mine takes me where ever it wants but I always get to her. She's very sweetly said she'll visit me again after Christmas to save me the drive then I'll go to her in Feb/March.

Hi Janet, the trip to the dentist was a nightmare, they were digging up roads and it took me 25 minutes just to get out of Lowestoft. The rest of the journey was OK and as I'd left plenty of time arrived with 15 minutes to spare. I also managed to find a parking spot close by. Success !! The dentist was lovely, she had me in and said she'd do the crown and as she'd had a cancellation tomorrow lunch time asked if I'd go back then to have the impression made. Yes please, I couldn't believe my luck. I phoned Carole as I she was coming tomorrow and she understood so will be coming Wednesday after I've seen the nurse at the doctor's. With everything that's happening this week you'd think I was falling apart. LOLOL The trip home was a nightmare too, I went a different way and found another road closed and traffic snarled, thanks goodness I wasn't on a hurry.
