Woohoo - this Summer Field Mouse was one of the spotting requirements for your 'Fun In The Sun (Level V)' quest!

Spotted a summer wm, ty.  :) x

I find it amazing that I can water and water the plants with my watering can and nothing much happens then a small shower of rain they grow so fast, it's crazy. I'm getting several green tomatoes it just takes time for them to ripen then I'll have dozens, Daryn will be pleased as I tend to share. In the past I'd give them to Bill and since I can't eat them all myself I think it's a good idea to give D some. He said last year he'd grow some himself which he probably could but there's no sign of any. On the other hand I went and spoke to Paul who lives the other side, the lads were parked outside his bungalow and I thought it a good idea in case he didn't like it. We were in his back yard and he'd planted some tomatoes in pots so I won't need to give him any.

Tomorrow I'm seeing my friend Sheila and the twins are going to be there, they are growing so fast and are so cute, I'll try and remember to take a couple of pics.

Hi Janet, Happy 4th July.
The lads finished the roof and it's looking good. There was a small problem, when I went outside I noticed to downpipe connection to the water butt meant the water would have to flow up hill if it was going to be collected so I gave them a call and they sent the lads back before they'd got too far, for which they were grateful. I would say that yesterday they worked 4 hours and today 2 and a half, which tells me it could all have been done yesterday. I will say that when I mentioned the frame that Daryn had asked for was no longer needed they we lovely and just sawed it up into manageable chunks and took it away.

I went to see auntie and thank goodness she's better than she was last week but still suffering from the reaction to the antibiotics. She did say she'd been out for a short walk today and she offered to make me a cup of tea. Needless to say I made the tea but it was nice to think she felt up to it, last week she didn't want to get out of the chair.
