Good luck with finding something to send to Sandy, the trouble is we have everything we need and no doubt she's the same. I have this problem every Christmas with my aunt at least with the nuns I can get them things they wouldn't normally have. They tend to stick to basic stuff and I get them, nice coffees, chocolate, fancy hand creams etc. It always goes down well!!

I'm seeing the nurse for my blood test in the morning and I'm hoping to see auntie too. The problem is she may well be out, still I'll drop by and if she's in I might get a cuppa. lol

In answer to your question, no I don't like avocados you can have mine and Don's, that's 3 a day good luck! lol  I had a physio once who told me I'd make every woman eat a pear each day, don't ask, I have no idea. However I do normally have one.

I finished the puzzle and tomorrow I'll sort out a wasjig for Maggie for when she comes Friday. 

I told you messing with the time always makes me feel weird for at least a month, looks like you and Don are suffering too. It amazes me that we get an extra hour and still not like it. They should leave the clocks alone then we'd be fine.

Hi Janet, well Mark had the laptop and all's well! he really is a nice man. He has a sign up in his shop that says, Computer MOT and virus protection £50/$65 and he only charged me $45. When I'm passing his shop tomorrow I'll take him some biscuits in, he loves them with his cups of tea.

I sorted another couple of presents for the nuns, hand cream and socks. Just after I got home the man phoned about the front door. He came round about an hour later and poured water along the water drain at the bottom of the door. Apparently it is draining properly and he decided it's just the volume of water and the wind direction which means it can't drain away fast enough. Looks like I'll have to put up with checking every time it rains and the wind's blowing from the west, then I'll have to mop it up! Sounds crazy to me but at least it's not a flood, so I'd best get on with it.
