I did go out for a short while today. I visited the pharmacy to get some eye drops...yes I've now got conjunctivitis OMG you should trade me in for a new friend!

I've been working on the puzzle with one edge piece missing, it's so disappointing. Never mind I'll mark the box and take it to the hall someone might like it.

It's Maggie's birthday today and she'll be a whole year older than me for 8 months. At school she was one of the oldest in our class and I was the youngest. I spoke with her to find out what she was going to do. I think she's lost her mind. She's going for a dip in the sea as a precursor to a dip on Christmas day for charity. She wanted to see if she could really do it! She's nuts considering it's been 37f today. I said she'd best phone me tomorrow so I know she survived.

Hi Janet, I figured messenger was not working well. I got the clips of the rain and floods and sent a reply and also thanked you for the pressie.

Sorry the hip is not good did you over do walking on the treadmill or did it just come out of nowhere, it's such a worry for you.

Unlike Don at the moment I've given up getting the car washed. I leave it outside all the time and when it rains hard it tends to keep it reasonably clean, well not too bad. When the roads are wet it gets so filthy in the spray I can't see the point in taking it to the wash, if I do and it rains the next day it's grubby again.

Still raining?? Well the plants will be grateful anyway.  Love that pic of Randy~~
