I got as far as getting Suzi the big tree, then nothing. lol

The first part of my message I tried and it chopped the end off so I abridged it. lol

This morning my friend Sheila phoned with the phone number of the locksmith who fixed her double glazing door seals so I gave him a call but had no joy. He told me that there were so many sizes of seals he only did them for people when he was changing a lock. I went on line and after 2 more abortive efforts I remembered who made the original conservatory and as they are still in business I gave them a ring. This afternoon they sent a man to take a look and he said they do have the right seals and they will send me a quote.  I thought it really doesn't matter how much it will cost to get them changed as I have no choice but for them to do it....not that I'll tell them that.

I hope you get the tyre back without problems, it was good that they mended it under warranty.

Hi Janet, it's been warm and windy, mid 60's and very pleasant. I over slept this morning, I'm sure it's because I've not been sleeping so well and today I had nothing special to do. I was amazed to wake up to find it was almost 9 o'clock.
Caz moved about 100 miles away and on a good day without hold ups it's about a 2 hour drive on our roads. I've not been there but she says I'm always welcome. I will admit even with a sat nav I'm not sure I really want to be driving there. You're so right when you say people drive so fast and on some of our roads it's just dangerous. Yesterday I went to the garden centre and on the way passed a 3 car accident which was holding up traffic for miles. Fortunately I managed to get through and saw all 3 cars facing the same way with their airbags deployed and people standing around in shock. I've no idea what happened but as one was off the road in a field I think it was a bad overtake. The police hadn't arrived and even if they had they'd never have got through to it because of all the traffic on such a narrow road. I was just glad to pass it and get home.
