Pippa, the chiropodist, should be coming Friday but she phoned this evening to say she wanted to come a bit later than she'd booked. I said I didn't think she should be coming at all but she said she'd phone and let me know. She rides a motorised peddle cycle which is dangerous in the wind, snow and rain. It's crazy with all the stuff she brings, I hope for her sake she stays home.

I'm not too bothered what the weather does now, I have the puzzle to do and enough milk to drown in cups of tea, so I'm a happy bunny. LOLOL

On my way home I stopped off to see auntie, she was pleased to see me as she'd not been out much because of the weather. I stayed all afternoon so didn't get home until late to do any of the puzzle. I saw your post with the picture of the red man, I'll have to do the box picture when I've done the one I started a few days ago.

Guy had his clamps out at very short notice from his doctors surgery. They suddenly phoned him one day and asked him to go in the next. The nurse said she'd never seen so many in a wound, he had 40, and 2 nurses worked at the same time to take them out. They were appalled that the district nurse had not been in to see him at home, even though he'd asked and that he'd not been back to the hospital and will not be going until the 16th. It will be interesting to see what happens then.

Hi Janet, we had rain last night and by this morning most of the snow had gone. That sounds great but they reckon there's a storm coming in from France called Goretti which is bringing more snow or lots of rain, they don't seem to know. I spoke with Maggie this evening and said I didn't think she should come, she was relieved that I wasn't expecting her to drive in it. I think it's going to be horrid and if I wouldn't want to drive in it why should she.

I went out to see if I could find a new bird bath, mine had a tragic accident when I knocked it over and the ice in it made the thing shatter. I couldn't find one so will order another from Amazon.

Good afternoon Janet. Penny doesn’t take up much room at night in the bed at all. She usually curls up next to me and I don’t even know she’s there. Piper is still in her pen at night. She will remain there until I start the transition of potty training to outside. She does go all night without using the pad so that’s a good thing. I don’t think Penny is ready for her to be in the bed at night. Piper is mostly a pest for Penny at this point. She’s always biting at Penny’s ears and Penny doesn’t like that so much…can’t blame her. I think as Piper gets older and loses some of her puppy playfulness they will get along better. There is a big improvement though. My Mom used to like doing weeding in the yard too. I make a spray bottle full of white vinegar, salt and dawn dish soap and spray on the weeds. It works pretty good. When I check the next day the weeds are all dried up and brown, much easier to pluck out. It’s 33 degrees and raining. It’s getting rid of a lot of the snow we have. Tomorrow is going to be up into the 40’s. Friday and through the weekend is going up into the 50’s. Most snow should be gone after that. I hope you are having a wonderful day 💜
