Hi Judy, sleep for me is very hit and miss, more miss than hit lol. I did need pain killers last night so manages a few hours, before needing to use the loo. Its been a nice day, sunny and cool morning which is a boon when cooking a roast beef lunch. This afternoon l altered two new sundresses as they were much too big. Even the smaller size one l am wearing will need to be altered as it feels a bit loose now... the diet is working . Wish l could lose it from my bum and thighs first lol. . Have a good rest of the day Hun xx
