Hi Judy, glad to hear it went ok at the doctors. Hernias are very troublesome so if he says its a bad one l am sure it wont be long before you hear of when it will be done. My hubby had 4 to be done, but because of other issues cant have them done atm. . If yours is protruding badly you can buy online support belts, not too expensive and helps a lot if you have to lift anything heavy. Prevention is better than cure . Have a good time at the centre xx
