Bless you, its great that your in well I'm guessing remission and long shall it stay that way. Its awesome that you have that oncologist group too not heard if anything like that here. Mum doesn't get any support at all it's literally just do what ghe doctors say and deal with it which I think is really bad. Especially with older patients maybes younger ones can cope more. Obviously mum was told when first diagnosed that her cancer is treatable not curable. So all we can do is hope that mum will continue to be OK (as can be anyways) thanks for your message I hope you still have the support of your family too. Here it's really just me and my sister.  Mum never had any brothers or sisters and her side of the family there isn't many. My dad had 4 sisters though Obviously him and 2 other sister of his are no longer here. The rest love pretty far away so don't see them really. Anyways I hope youve had a nice weekend and that your not working too hard.  Glad you have your cat as well keeps you company and busy hey lol

Mum's not so great, she's back in hospital.  Her kidneys are playing up not sure if due to one of meds she's on tbh. But it seems she goes so long and each time gets re admitted. She also has a bug since in hospital but they still haven't said what bug. She's having to have bloods done twice daily but often it's hard for them to get it. Constantly having urine samples done. She isn't eating well or drinking enough which also will prolong her stay in hospital. They've stopped chemo while  not so well. Think I told you in past the previous chemo she had we believe is what caused her heart issues, as we were told before she started it that it can cause heart issues and unfortunately mum was 1 that it happened to so heart only ever works at 50% now :( they did change treatment but obviously damage already done.  I have no idea when she will be allowed home. It's so tough living with someone that has cancer for sure, at least my sister is in her own home so she doesn't see half of it xxx
