Erm, honestly, not having the greatest day as I am a complete muppet and forgot to take all my morning meds! Just after lunch I was in quite a bit of discomfort and my joints were protesting, we thought I'd just over done things until mum went to the cupboard and saw my pills, all neatly lined up in their little pots. Oops!! I'll be fine by tomorrow *sigh*
