I found a penny today
Just laying on the ground.
But it's not just a penny
This little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from heaven
that's what my Grandpa told me.
He said Angels tossed them down
Oh, how I loved that story!

He said when an Angel misses you
They toss a penny down,
sometimes just to cheer you up
To make a smile out of your frown.

So don't pass by that penny
When you're feeling blue.
It may be a penny from heaven
That an Angel's tossed to you.

I belong to a Cattle Dog site - surprise! I saw a video the other day of a woman training her Blue ACD to sort fruit! Yes I said fruit. So I sat on the floor with Rylee and three bowls. One with a mix of apples and Clemmies and one with an apple an the other with a Clemmie. I encouraged Rylee to pick one and put it in the bowl with the other. After a couple or false starts  he started to pick and put. I found he much prefers apples and would rather not do Clemmies. He would pick the apple up by it's stem and put it in the apple bowl. He did pick up the Clemmie but in most cases he pinched the skin. After him doing it three times I considered the test a success and let him have an apple with his dinner. I also discovered that putting apart of the apple in Jojo's dinner really slowed her eating down! Win win!. Happy Tuesday.
