Yesterday soup was call  egg roll in a bowl.
1 pound  ground beef
I bag of cabbage  salad
5 cups soup broth
Onion diced
Mushrooms slices
Garlic minced
Soya sauce, oyster sauce, miso  paste, garlic powder, onion powder,  smoked paprika,  basil.
Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.  Brown meat.. add spices and sauces to taste.  Add broth.  I added about 1/4  cup of rice at boiling. Turn down to simmer.  Simmer a few hours  or pot in crock pot on low  for 6 hours.

I would love to share my soup recipes. I  took struggle with weight. I wish I could add  you too Facebook.

Congrats on your mushroom lights. You can give mice all year except December. lol, hardest was the Robin.
