Would love your soup recipe! Pse do share sometime x  You gave me such a good idea with the soup - so about 10 days ago, i kind of make a mixed 'veggie soup' which is my "base" to then just add a protein. 
Have always struggled with my weight - too skinny or too overweight!  But have managed to lose just under 16 kgs in the last 4 months.
Try to walk every day and have been seeing a dietician.  At the moment though, have completely lost all appetite.  And i hate cooking!!!!  So your SOUP idea was brilliant! 🤗🥰❤️🤗🥰

It's a strange time between Christmas and New Year. Today is also another Public Holiday here in Eswatini - but my husband has had to go to Durban, South Africa for work. Im all alone but doing ok.

We had a lovely spur of the moment video call with both our boys this evening - so grateful they are at least together.  (they share a flat)  And I've made a commitment that we will work to be all together next year.
