Have you tried those weight lose patches which they advertise on Facebook I think they may help you. There expensive over her in New Zealand but they are much cheaper over there. Get one month to start with and if they work then try and 2 months don't go buying alot at first as they may not work. do it gradually. but at your weigh which is alot you need to something before it's to late. I'm only 65 kilos and I think that is too much I want to get down to 60 kilos. but it's hard. Take care my friend look after yourself. xxx
 

I'm so glad your back with your Mum it sounds that you had a bad deal with your Landlord in NY. But he should have told her the person down in the basement that it was wrong, You could have gone to the Police and told them what she was doing and they could have charged her from stealing off of you. Your in a better place now helping your Mum too. I'm 82 this year I have got Subarticular scierosis & prominent osteophytes projecting from the adjacent joint margins on my right knee, there is narrowing of the articular cartilage of the patelliofemoral articulation. So in other words Osteoarthrosis of the knee advanced in the medial compartment. So I'm going for a new knee replacement. In about 9 months time. I'm a fit person, I go swimming exercises twice a week to the gym twice a week best to fit no matter what your age. I also do Healthy Inspiration Diet, well it's not a diet it showing how to eat properly veggies, fruit, meat, fish, & chicken. I eat sometimes cakes and Chocolate but not all the time. Things are too sweet these days. Do you know fruit has a lot of sugar but if you balance it out your get more out of fruit than cakes, your lose weight. I also love Cambodia food and it's not fatten there foods are great. Anyway hope all troubles may soon end. Have faith and pray hard. I will pray for you also. xxx
