Morning Kay, sorry I’ve been AWOL but I’ve had a busy couple of days. I had my nails done, sparkly red and toes to match. Yesterday we had to take Nicola to the dentist early, then we went to the gym, then shopping then we had to take Christine to the hospital for a check up on her knee replacement. By the time we got home it was about 7, we had been out all day.
I’m having to watch over my garden as it’s underwater, I’m finding that I have to spot most of the wildlife for myself. I can’t this time as I’m waiting for a gold starfish.
I have a 9.45 appointment at the hairdressers, just for a wash and blow dry as I’m going out with my sisters this afternoon.
I’m busy next week as well so I have to get all my packing done tomorrow. I’m going on Wednesday staying in the hotel at the airport and flying to Barbados on Thursday.
I had best go to keep an eye on my garden and no one is watering and I want my gold starfish spotted. Have a good day xxx

Hi Kay, hope you got the right day to go to the surgery today. How did you go on the wrong day lol.
I have stayed in today to get some more packing done and odd jobs around the house.
I’m going to Tara’s tomorrow to have my nails done, both my hands and my toes as I’ll be wearing flip flops and open toed sandals. It’s about 30 degrees in the Caribbean. It’s freezing here, about 4 degrees today. I’ll be glad to be warm for a couple of weeks.
I was hoping to get all my Christmas shopping done before I go away but I don’t think that’s going to happen. I keep asking Holly what she wants and she doesn’t know. I’ll text Tara in a minute to see if she knows.
I’m trying to do the Bottom Dweller vases again but it’s a slow process getting the coral, then I have to go above ground to get some spawn. Hopefully, I’ll be finished by the time I go away. I’ll have to freeze my garden whist I’m away as I don’t think I’ll get internet on the ship. I’m not even going to take my iPad, just my phone.

Morning Kay. I’m sorry you’ve still got your cold, it sounds awful, are you sure it isn’t covid?
Sorry I didn’t get back to you yesterday but we went to the gym early and then shopping. We come home at about 2 then had to take Nicola to the hospital for physio. When we bought her back at 4 we decided to go for a meal in the pub next door. We got home about 7 so we had been out all day.
I have finished the advanced quest at last so I’ve done the first 3 quests one time each. I’m trying to go underwater to finish off the bottom dweller vases but can’t seem to get under lol. I don’t know how far I’ll get this time before I go away next week.
You’ll be pleased to hear, I’ve started my packing and I’ve packed quite a bit. You asked if there’s a restriction of the amount you can take on the ship. I don’t think so but as we are flying to Barbados we can only take 23kg on the plane plus hand luggage. Hopefully, I won’t be overweight.

Good morning, sorry you’ve caught Harry’s cold, I hope you’re feeling better today. You probably know that Tesco sell covid tests so you can get them with your order.
I’ve got quite a few of my Christmas presents but still got a long way to go. I seem to have so many to buy. I’ll go online today and get some more.
P has just gone to the gym but I couldn’t be bothered. I’ll go tomorrow. I’m going to start my packing today so I can see what I still need to buy. I love packing as you know lol.
I’ve made a right pigs ear of this Advanced quest. I still need a baby gazelle and a long eared owl. I needed twins but I never got them so I had to get another bubble and I only one long eared owl so I have to wait until my bonsai comes round again.
I’m toying with the idea of going underwater and finishing off the vases but I haven’t got a lot of room.
You are taking a long time to find what wildlife you need. Do you right it down Kay? I didn’t like those vases as there was so many wildlife to choose from.

Morning Kay, yes P’s heart condition is serious if it doesn’t get sorted. His heart could stop without warning, he’s on 10 tablets per day for the condition. He is worried about the procedures but he is in the best hands, one of the leading cardiologists in the country is looking after him. It’s just unfortunate that I’ll be flying that day which isn’t the best.
I should finish the advanced quest today, it’s been a long road, I think these quests are getting harder and harder. When I finish I think I’ll go back and try to finish the underwater vases, they’ve been hanging over my head for weeks now.
I’m going to see Christine today. I’ve not seen her for a couple of weeks. He knee is healing well and she’ll soon be driving again.
I’m glad you are seeing so much of the baby and Sarah. Sarah sounds like she has changed so much since having Harry.

Morning Kay, another busy day for me yesterday. I went out at 8.30 to get my steps in at the shopping centre and to get some bits for my holiday. Then we took Nicola to the dentist then we went to the gym late afternoon.
You asked me about P’s hospital appointment but I forgot to answer you. His heart is worse than he thought but hopefully it can be fixed. He has to go back next week for a pre op appointment then he has to have the ablation on the 28th. They give you electric shocks to your chest to get your heart in rhythm. That’s the day I fly out to Barbados, Sod’s Law! His brother is coming down from Harrogate to be with him so he won’t be on his own. Once his heart is in rhythm hopefully they can tell what bits are not working properly. A couple of weeks after that the will do another procedure which they go up through your groin into your heart and seal of the bits that are faulty. This procedure takes about 7 hours. So it’s not good and I feel guilty about not being there for the first part but this cruise has been booked for about 18 months.
My new car, I am getting in March, I only ordered it the other day but I’m not going to get in until March when the new plates come out.
This advanced quest is difficult, I think Mike is making them harder and harder. I’m plodding my way through but it’s not easy. I need to spot a Kingfisher Chick but that’s proving almost impossible.
