Morning Kay, you sound like you’re in a sorry state with all that’s going on with you but at least your nails are done.
Surely, SS decide how much care you need, not the care company? They sound horrible, they were so nice when you first started having them. I would definitely think of changing them.
You haven’t mentioned Nicky for a while, is she still coming to you?
We went to Grantham yesterday, a 6 hour round trip. We went to see Peter’s cousin, her husband died at New Year so Peter wanted to see her before the funeral. The funeral is the week after next, nearly 2 months after he died. We are going but we are staying overnight and visiting Jay the next day which will be nice.
When I went out with my sisters we had a meal in a nice country pub. I had scampi and chips which was lovely.
I’m having a pj day today because it was tiring yesterday going on that epic journey although I didn’t drive it was tiring being a passenger lol. Peter is at the gym now, he hasn’t been going much since he started his new job. He’s got to work out a routine incorporating the gym.

Hi Kay, hope you are ok as I haven’t heard from you for a while. I’ve just got back from the gym, I’ve been 3 times this week.
I’ve also been to the shopping centre lots to get my steps in but it hasn’t increased my weight loss. I’ve been the same weight for weeks now.
I’m waiting for a Jackdaw Chick to complete the advanced quest. I’ve already completed the easy and intermediate quests.
I’m sitting having a cuppa and watching some tv now xx

Morning Kay, I went out with my sisters yesterday and had a lovely lunch and of course a drink lol. The months are going so fast.
I live in leggings but even they have got too big for me. I bought a new pair last week in a size 14 and they fitted. I’m going to go go to the shopping centre with Christine for a coffee tomorrow so I’ll buy another couple of pairs. I’ve weighed the same amount I did before Christmas, I haven’t lost anything but everyone says I look smaller so I must have lost inches instead of weight.
Is Sarah ok with you now? I hope so.
My daffodils have started coming out in the garden and I keep buying them for indoors, they look lovely. The sun is out today but we’ve had so much rain.
Peter is at the gym at the moment, as usual. It’s the first time he has gone for a few days, since he started work. He loves his new job. Yes, he did start a new job a year ago but it didn’t work out, long story!
I’ve nearly finished all the quests apart from the extreme one. I’m hoping the vases will come out but I’ll have to attempt the extreme one if not.

Hi Kay, I’ve just got back from shopping. I didn’t get much, only some ready meals and a pair of leggings. My clothes are getting too big!
I dread to think what it will cost me for clothes when we go to Mexico in May. I’ll have to sort my clothes out soon, I’m sure I’ve got some that were too small a while back and they should fit me now.
I’m glad your hospital appointment wasn’t too bad and was quick.
Peter started a new job today as an IT consultant, he had to leave at 6.30 this morning as it is quite far from us. I hope he gets on ok, new jobs are always strange at first.
We went to Tara’s yesterday, I haven’t seen her since Boxing Day I don’t think as she’s been working. We had a lovely lunch and got home in time for Holly to come home from school. I’m going to see her again next Tuesday so I’ll have my nails done then. Hope you managed to get your nails done today and you like them.
I’m having M&S fish pie for lunch and it’s almost cooked. Hope you’re having a good day and Sarah is better to you xxx

Hi Kay, yes I did a covid test and I haven’t got it. My cold seems to have disappeared now. I think it might have been my water infection causing it as I feel fine now since I’ve been taking the antibiotics.
Kate and Mick stayed last night and again tonight. They’re at a funeral at the moment, one of Micks friends. I don’t know what time they’re coming back but we are going to the pub next door for a meal when they do.
I hope you get on ok at the hospital tomorrow. It sounds like quite an involved procedure. At least you’ll get some answers when the results come through.
I’m going to see Tara tomorrow, I haven’t seen her since before her birthday so am looking forward to that.

Morning Kay, sorry Sarah is having a go at you now. Is the relationship with Ben salvageable? All couples row at times!
Yes, I have done all the quests apart from the extreme one. I’ve been doing the extincts to push my diamond count up. The new quests come out at midnight tonight so I planted a zodiac yesterday.
My gout has gone but I’ve got cystitis and a cold and sore throat now. It’s never ending! I’m on antibiotics for the cystitis and when Peter comes back from the gym I’m going to get him to do a covid test on me. Kate and Mick are supposed to come tomorrow and stay for a couple of days. They have a funeral on Monday locally to us. If I’ve got covid they can’t stay with us but I’m going to give them a choice as they won’t want my germs.
It’s sounds pretty involved the tests you are having. When have you got to go?
I’m still in bed as I don’t feel too good. When Peter comes home he’s going to make me a bacon sandwich.
Hope Sarah is in a better mood with you when she comes back from taking Archie to rugby. It sounds as if he’s getting on great with it.

Morning Kay, it seems it’s one thing after another. Hope you get your shower mended soon. You haven’t given your laptop a drink for ages, hopefully, it’s ok. Peter would have a fit as he works in IT lol.  Had your cold gone now? Hopefully the antibiotics worked.
We’re going to Sandie’s again today to sort out her computer. She’s retiring on Friday but will still be in a consultancy role. I don’t think she’ll ever retire fully.
My foot is still twinging but it’s nearly better. I went to the doctors about it last week and he gave me some tablets for it. I’ve got to have a blood test a month after the appointment and if my uric acid levels are high he will put me on tablets to prevent gout.
I bought some daffodils fron M&S yesterday, they’re getting earlier and earlier. My daffodils in the garden are budding, they will be flowering soon.
It’s freezing here, they’ve forecast snow, roll on Spring xxx
