Hi Kay, I’ve just got in, we’ve been out for most of the day. Peter wanted to go to the shopping centre for trainers, then we went to my sisters to take the present I got for Callie which I forgot to take last week. Then we went to the car showroom to ask a few questions about my new car which I’m getting in March then we went to Sainsbury’s to go through the car wash and get some dinner for today and tomorrow. Now I’m sitting down with a cuppa.
Patience doesn’t really come into it I don’t think with the Bottom Dweller vases, I just like to do every quest set in the garden and there’s an award after I’ll get it. I don’t know if there will be an award after the gold critters but I’ll be annoyed if there is and I don’t qualify because I haven’t done them lol. You know me! I’ve almost finished them now, all being well, I finish them tomorrow.
That was a lovely video you sent me of Harry, he’s got on so well. They grow up too fast these days. He’s lovely though.
Today has been a lovely sunny day here and the wind has dropped completely. Hope you haven’t had it too bad up there, I know how you hate the wind.
It’s less than two weeks that I go to Spain so I’ll probably start packing tomorrow. It will be easy as I have my toiletries there and hairdryers and things so I only have to take clothes, warm ones that I wear here mostly and some T-shirts just in case it’s warm during the day.
It’s good that Ben and Sarah are getting on, hopefully they’ll keep it up. I think Harry looks like Archie, do you?

Morning Kay….. Hope you’ve got your heating fixed by now, it’s been quite chilly and we’ve got another storm now. It’s really windy here today.
There was plenty of people that would have helped me hold Callie but I just didn’t want to. I’m not into babies like you are. I like them when they start doing things and develop a personality. I know I’m in the minority but that’s the way I am lol.
I’m doing ok with my garden but it takes a few days to even get ready for the Bottom Dwellers to get the pond weed and then the coral and then the spawn. I’m almost ready to start attracting but not yet. I’m hoping I’ll be finished by the end of the weekend, hopefully.
Peter’s cold has almost gone but I’ve persuaded him not to go back to the gym until Monday as it’s left him with a cough and feeling weak. Thankfully, I seem to have missed it.
I’m looking forward to going to Spain and getting away from this weather for awhile. Less than 2 weeks until I go now, I’ll have to start packing soon.

Morning Kay, I didn’t need a Rainbow Uni, just a normal one. It came after 3 plates of SF. Now I’m waiting for a Griffin then I’m finished all 3 vases and I can get back to the Bottom Dweller vases and finish them once and for all.
No I didn’t get a cuddle with Callie, I’ve only got one useable arm so I don’t feel safe with other peoples babies. Plus I’m not into babies like you are lol. She got passed around everyone so her mum got a rest. I forgot to take her present with me which I was annoyed about so I have to deliver it when I can.
I’m going to the shopping centre today to get my steps in, I haven’t been to the gym for a few days as Peter has man flu. He has been pretty bad to be fair, it has knocked him right off his feet. I hope I don’t get it.
I suppose I had best get ready to go out. Sorry this has been short, chat later Kay xx

Hi Kay, I did a you, got half way through writing you a message and went out to make a cuppa, when I came back I had lost your message grrrr.
I went out with my sisters yesterday for our monthly meal, the months go so quickly. We went to a pub quite near to me and it was a lovely meal. I had home made steak and kidney pie with chips. After our meal Paula’s daughter turned up with Lorraine’s daughter and the new baby, Callie, she’s gorgeous and so tiny, she weighed 7.2lbs when she was born.
I forgot to tell you, I had my nails done last week, the same sparkly red. I’m not as adventurous as you, I tend to stick to plain colours.
I’m going to Tara’s again on Tuesday, Nicola is coming with me as she has lots of holiday to use up due to her long term sickness. She’s still using her crutches after 5 months and she is still waiting for the pins to be taken out. She should hear soon.
I’ve finished two vases, the Phoenix and Baby Uni but I’m having trouble attracting the 4th Gold Uni, I’ve wasted 2 plates on SF so far and still not come.
It’s warmed up here now but still only 2 degrees but thankfully not in the minuses.

Morning Kay, sorry I’ve been AWOL and haven’t been around much lately. I’ve been out a lot and only on here to fill up my plated and check on the quest. I’ve nearly finished the latest vases.
My latest niece is called Callie, I haven’t seen her yet and doubt if I will until we all get together, probably in the summer.
I bought a baby grow with pink elephants on for her and a nice outfit.
It’s got warmer her in the last few days, not as bitterly cold as it has been lately. Hopefully, that’s the end of the cold weather but I doubt it.
I’m going to the gym about 5 times a week but haven’t lost any weight. In fact I’ve put it on despite living on soups and fruit. It seem that I can only lose weight by drinking shakes all of the time and that’s not good!
I made a ham and lentil soup yesterday, it was very nice and there’s enough left for today.
I’m going to get my steps in over the shopping centre today so best get ready.

Morning Kay…..it’s white here as well, has been for a couple of days, it’s bright and sunny though -4 degrees so freezing.
I’m doing well with the new vases, I used my free SF to get a good start. I wanted to use the SF to finish the bottom dweller vases but these ones beat them to it.
I’m having a PJ day today as well. It’s too cold to go out but Peter is out doing shopping for our dinner.
It’s good that you are getting on so well with Sarah at the moment, hope it continues. Since my daughters have left home we’ve never had a cross word.
Baby’s always change when they are first born, I remember every week that I went to visit Jay and Holly they were doing something different.
My niece had a baby girl the other day, hopefully that’s the last one as it gets expensive. Lucky Tara works in a baby shop as I use her discount. I’m going to hers on Tuesday to have my nails done and look in her shop for a present for the new baby.

Morning Kay, I’ve defrosted my garden now. I filled my birdbath up again, yesterday some chicks were missed so I froze my garden overnight to make sure no more were missed. I need 2 Nightingale chicks to finish the advanced quest but I’m not having any luck so I’ve planted up for them. I’m waiting for my ventus to be ready so I can attract the Leopard to finish off the intermediate quest then I’ve finished all 3 for this month.
It’s good that Sarah has taken your tree down, it saves you struggling. She seems to have changed for the better since having Harry. It’s nice that you are getting on so well. Peter put away my tree yesterday and we did some more clearing out around the house. We’ve filled 4 black bags for the charity shop so far and 4 bags to go to the dump. There’s still a long way to go.
I went to the gym again yesterday and didn’t find it so hard yesterday. I’m going again today for the third day running.
We were going to see his brother in Harrogate at the weekend but they have snow there and floods so we are going to wait until the weather improves.
Yes, we are going to my house in Spain next month so everything will be as normal on the FL front lol. Peter wants a break before his next heart procedure in March.
Well I had best get organised for the gym and the next stage of clearing out. I need to do the kitchen next.
