Wildlife Alerts
Some Fairyland wildlife (especially those which only feed for a short time) give helpful 'alerts' before they feed so you know they're coming. This helps to avoid them being missed.

The time each alert lasts for is random, but every Garden Owner can choose the maximum possible alert time for their own Garden. If you have a quieter Garden, it's usually best to have longer alerts (up to 30 minutes), while if you have a busy Garden, you may decide to shorten the maximum alert time or even switch off alerts completely.

In every Garden, you can see the maximum possible alert time displayed. If you are then lucky enough to see an alert in that Garden, you will know that the wildlife will be coming within that time (and usually well within it!)

Not all types of Wildlife give alerts - generally only the short-staying ones do, for example:

Caterpillars
Butterflies
Baby Wildlife
Hummingbirds
Endangered Wildlife

Can I give you some advise?

Change the setting of your garden alerts to 10 minutes... It is very rare that people will stay around when they see an alert of 30 minutes, because most people are playing fast and furious these days and will move on quickly, leaving poor chicks or babies waiting and waiting for a loooooong time... Also, it will cost the one sprinkling a lot of gold, so that will be another reason people skip these long alerts...

I decided to stay, because I believe that a little bit of kindness goes a long way... The 17 Gold before the chick hatched was worth it if you can improve the amount of people willing to sprinkle with future alerts...
