I have the answer! You may not have enabled a certain permission when you added the Fairyland game on Facebook - the permission to allow Fairyland to see your friends list.

Here is exactly what Support said for you:

The game needs the "friends list" permission in order for your friends to "see" you in the game.

They may have accidentally removed this permission but they should be able to re-add the permission by removing and re-adding the app (when they get the permission dialog box, ensure that the friends list permission is on. They won't lose any progress, they will just need to unfreeze their garden once they have re-added it.)

So those are your instructions for if you want your friends to have your listed in Fairyland, and for me to buy Gold for you.

If you do not want to make these changes, an alternative is that I could send you the money for the Gold via Paypal, if you use it? xx
