I just used a pot I earned in the monthly Pottery lottery because you can plant anything you like in them.If you don't have one you can buy some of the older lottery pots for small amount of gold. Otherwise, I think there are some Mushroom pots for the Underwater seed but I don't know where they are (sorry)!

You have to get the blue underwater seed by spotting pond life. Check to see if you already have a blue underwater seed in the Miscellaneous section of your seed section. If not, go to the Pond section of wildlife. All critters in the pond section give off blue underwater seeds except the Mermaid. With some Pond wildlife you have to spot 10 and others you have to spot only 5 to get the blue pond seed. So pick one where you have to only pick 5. You may already have pick some of them. I had pick 4 of 5 Rainbow Sea Dragons so I kept trying to spot the 5th one. It finally worked after days. I hope that is clear and that you get a seed soon. Either plant it in an underwater Toadstool pot or in one of the new pots you got from the Pottery Lottery ( you can plant anything in them). You can also buy them in the Marketplace. Some of the older ones are not too expensive.
