Hi Chris, getting older you seem to go from one crisis to another, if not yourself, it’s one of the family. It’s 4 weeks since Steve had the MRI scan and hadn’t heard anything so phoned the surgery this morning and was told ‘they don’t appear to have the results back from the hospital’ She told him she’d make a note and show it to the doctor who would get back to him…still waiting!
Is Niamh your granddaughter? It must be hard for you knowing she’s undergoing treatment and not be there….like me and my sister. I underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy and I found the latter not so bad. They gave me both as a precaution and touch wood, I’ve been fine ever since.
It will be nice to have your granddaughter staying for a bit. How old is she? Confident to fly on her own, I’m very impressed! I hate flying at the best of times. I got the National Express coach to Portsmouth. My son dropped me off in Liverpool and when I arrived in London Victoria, my granddaughter was waiting, she could travel to Portsmouth with me! Hi Lovely, yes I'm feeling a bit better today I made an effort for my birthday 21 again (I wish) I'd have my lungs if I knew then what I know now lol Went to  my sisters for tea so very busy day I've gone from being grounded for  a week to out most of the day.... Hope you are doing ok luv xxxx
