I usually take the same anti-biotics..  sometimes need 2 lots..    I don't have acid reflux but know someone who has..  I sometimes get a little tablet stuck in my throat, and a lot of acid,  it's awful..

Hi Debs,  One minute i'm fine then next I'm not.. hehe..   My voice is still not back..  and it's hard to keep me gob shut..  hehe...
The bugs are going round debs, so be extra careful..  I won't be going out for a while.. If it's snowing next week That's a definite..
Never heard of heat pumps...  I'm sure I did see where they want to face out boilers in 3 yrs.. so what a folk going to use instead for heating..  haha..   Chicken soup aye,  ribena hate the stuff..  I drink Orange and Mango juice,   never fizzy..   nite debs,   stay warm .. big  hugs xxx

Hi debs,  They were told they couldn't have UF heating..  forgot what was said..
We had the same blue skies and sunshine, 6c.  dropping to 3c overnight.  Today was thick fog..  Spooky..   lol..   sweet dreams debs, xx

Hi debs,  I've had the heating on a couple of times in the day,  Gone are the days we put it on all day.. haha..  imagine the gas bill.. hells bells.   I like my bed to be cool..
