Thank-You so much for your concern and support; yes, if the condtion worsens I will seek help. I have an appointment with the doctor in early June so I will mention it to her. I am also having problems with my vision and am seeing an eye doctor on June 1st. The one I had retired and it was so difficult to get an appointment with another; everyone I called had no appointments available for months. Our healthcare system is not what it used to be. Hi Maria; right now I am only taking non-prescription meds for the pain. Some days it's not too bad but on others I suffer. I don't want physical therapy or anymore tests. I've already been diagnosed with osteoarthrits and disgenic disc disease (20 years ago) so I try to just tolerate it on the bad days. Thank-You for caring  xoxo

You are so right; prayer is essential. It's the first thing I do when I get up in the morning and the first thing I do is thank God for bringing me to a new day~~

Wow, I didn't know you had cyclones in that region! We haven't had any of those yet but we've had a couple of small earthquakes which is very rare for NYC. We don't get as much rain as we used to but when we get a big rain we get floods. In 2012 we had a hurricane and the entire first floor of my home was destroyed - Nightmare!   xoxo
