Hello… I can enjoy the rest of this week now ;) yesterday was hospital. Colonoscopy done and dusted and all good. My father passed away from colon cancer so I have to go every 5 years. I hope you’re doing well and gaining some weight, like you’re hoping to.

This afternoon when I went into our Chiropractor office, they had spices, cloves and nutmeg and others, in a simmering pot, and I instantly had an allergic reaction. I went outside. Steve took me home. I feel better, now.
