Surgery finally done Didn’t go to theatre til 4 pm having starved from 5 30 pm night before ! In pain but it is manageable Got a zimmer frame as was considered unsafe with crutches ! Have to be non weight bearing which is much harder than I expected . Relieved it’s all over x

It’s beautiful up here in a different way to Cornwall the amount of wildlife is amazing compared to down south we see deer almost everyday on way to do my pony x

Good you re fully recovered . I chose Harrogate as waiting list was shorter and a much nicer hospital than Leeds . Staying with a friend for first night as will have had general anaesthetic and she lives in a ground floor flat which will be handy x
