The shooting pains and numbness in my legs is what led to them sending me for scan.

I didn't realise how bad sitting for too long can be.
I'm on a waiting list for physio, but they have sent me some exercise sheets to follow while I wait. Some of those are done sitting on a chair.
My MRI said I have 2 bulging discs and arthritis in my spine.
I was fortunate to get an MRI, but I had to wait 6 months for it after I was referred. Everything is such a long wait.

Hopefully doing those things will help you. I'm also trying to stay off my laptop too. My back problem hasn't been helped by too much sitting.
When I get into a challenge, in FL, I spend too much time trying to finish it.

I am not doing a challenge now. I am trying to get a baby koala for a friend who needs to spot one.

Oh thats a shame Linda, hope you get some relief soon, I know there is a lot of pollen here that is making my eyes a bit dry and itchy not mention making me sneeze.

oh I hope so, but I just hate that tablets have awful side effects, I can't take pain killers of any kind, even paracetamol because they make me constipated which I have permanently as it is. Gone very dark here and a bit windy so something is on the way.  xx

That doesn't sound too good for your sister, hope it works out OK for her and your drops work. Not raining at the moment but thunderstorms forecast for this afto, sort of weather you darn't plan anything for fear of getting drenched. I plan to do some housework today can't say I'm in the mood but needs must xx
