Hi Ingrid, only popping in to sprinkle in gardens today. l had my biopsy reports back which said l am clear of C, such a relief when my blood taken previously said l was very low positive. l still have to have another procedure , but am no longer on the urgent list. Hopefully in a month or two when its done, l will be back to my old self. I do apologise for not being around very much, but resting helps  me get on with my day best l can. I do hope all is well with you your end my dear friend. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers xxx Please delete this when read xxx

Hi Ingrid, thank you for checking in on me. l have to have a scan this coming Tuesday, to see if there are any more growths in my body, apart from those in my tummy. l am ok some discomfort and sleep again is poor now. l do hope you and the family are keeping well. Once scan is done l am hoping for a break from medical ops and or procedures. l will then be back to play as much as l feel able to. I really miss our daily chats.
