Ah.  I'd forgotten that you only have to have 1 spotted to clear the level.  You're up to the golden frog, so you can use up to the enchanted forest emerald.

Actually, you get enchanted jewels by spotting the regular rainforest critters.  10 macaws give you an enchanted forest ruby.  However, if you haven't had the 10 toucans spotted, none of the higher enchanted jewels will work for you.  For instance, I've got a couple of the ones that are higher than the enchanted forest sapphire, but I can't use them yet. I haven't attracted the endangered thing that's attracted to the enchanted sapphire yet.

You'll only attract olinguitos if one of those plants is an *enchanted* jewel.
