Welcome back.  What rotten luck, having a cold.  My virus infection, just disappeared. It took me a day to realise.  Lol

Hi Lysa, I've had a viral infection for 3 weeks now, a bit like the flu, but mainly affecting my sinuses.  I can breath ok, my head is a bit fuzzy (Between the eyebrows) is the only  way I can describe it.  I hope you have a lovely time with your family in Cornwall.  x

Hi Lysa, it's nice to hear from you again.  I'm sorry to hear you've not been well.  I sprained my upper arm muscles (Left side) a few weeks ago.  I tripped, went to grab the back of a dining chair and missed.  I found my self falling forwards, arms outstretched, not a good idea, so I crossed my arms infront of me, overbalanced sideway and fell on the floor.  It's a concrete floor  under the carpet, so it really was an ouch moment.  I do struggle a bit, as sprains take longer to heal than fractures, to the practitioner at the doctors told me. I had to go for a blood test 2 weks later, so I asked her then.  Other than that I'm fine.
