Good morning. The cool day left and the humidity is back full blast. They are promising rain today. We sure could use some but not a flood.Have a good day hugs.

Thanks so much for letting me know Keith. I'm sure you'll make the right choice once you've done the research. Praying for you that all goes well. xxx

hi Keith, how are you? You had mentioned that you had prostate cancer, and also that you would be having a PET scan, and I have been wanting to ask how you are doing, but I also didn't want to overstep or look nosy or bring up a sensitive subject.  I think it sounds good that you've been watching and waiting and the treatment the 2nd opinion doc proposed (the one you were thinking of doing) sounds like a good option fo ryou.  Please keep  me informed (if you want- no pressure)  I have been including you & your family in my prayers ever since I found out.  I'm sure it is scary, I am fortunate that I have not had any cancer scares, There is not a lot in my family but my dad did have colon cancer so I have been very dliligent in getting screened every 5 years and so glad I did, because twice there have been pre-cancerous polyps which have been removed. Now that I am over 65, the surgeon said I can go to every 10 years vs every 5 if I want...but I may keep to the 5 year schedule at least for the next one.
I am glad that you shared with me and I will always be interested in whatever you want to share.  Hugs and take care my friend! I really enjoy being friends with you.

Bless you e hoa, wonderful you can share.   I was thinking bacjk 11 years and what it was like and how scared and devastated I was.   My Dr. told me one week and the next week I was in Hospital having the cancer removed - the morning of the surgery I had to have another scan to put a wire in and mark where cancer was.   I was very blessed and did not loose my whole breast.   I had to go down to Palmerston North Hospital for 3 weeks.   Would stay down there during week and they would bring me home at weekend .   They had like  a number of houses  opposite the Hospital where cancer treatment patients stayed..   The fist day I remember them marking me all up and tattooing a permant mark well two actually of where I would have laser treatment   From memory I had a treatment 3  maybe 4 times a week for three weeks, never made me feel ill or sick just used to feel a bit tired.   I think that type of treatment is less invasive and side effects virtually non compared with chemotherapy.   Never any after effect and been clear of cancer for 11 years.   I AM A BLESSED SURVIVOR 3
I will continue to support you with much Aroha, Blessings and light, whatever you choose.   You will be guided

We live 28 miles south of Washington, D.C. in Woodbridge, Virginia. Woodbridge has overtaken Huntsville, Alabama as the fastest growing city in the U.S. The development in our area is outrageous! It's heartbreakimg to see how many trees have been cut down. We don't plan to live here much longer. We have excellent medical care which will be missed although we feel sure that we'll find replacements for all of our doctors. I've rattled on for so long. Enjoy your trip to see your folks. Safe travels.
