2. I am more organised than usual this year with Christmas presents. I even have some wrapped up. Kate, one of our nieces does an advent calendar for Granny (Colins Mum) every year. Last year we all had to produce a little video for her so Colin dressed up as Santa & the dogs were his reindeer, we even had a covering of snow that day. This year she wanted Granny to open a door & it would say "Catriona is making Christmas wreaths with you tomorrow" or "Fiona is taking you to a candlelit concert tomorrow" etc so we are taking her up the Cairngorm Funicular on Wednesday & having lunch in the restaurant at the top. I hope there will be plenty snow & it will be a clear day so we get a lovely view from the top. Today has been very foggy with rain so it would have been very disappointing if we had been going today. We can't do anything about the weather though, just have to hope for the best. I'm just going to collect Colin from work now. Our evening meal on Sundays is always late :-)

Hi Anne, sorry for the tardy reply. I don't have as much time here as I used to or as much time as I would like for the winter wildlife. I suppose it's a busy time for everyone, Christmas shopping, writing cards, wrapping presents etc. I go to line dancing which is not at all the way it's portrayed in the media with cowboy boots & hats etc. We tend to wear dance trainers & it's more like latin dancing with cha chas, chassis, mambo steps, turns etc & danced to lots of different music, not just country. I am in charge of the music every week & also bank the money, arrange any nights out, buffet & birthday cake nights at class etc. Colin has just taken up the Presidents role again in the local Angling Club & they were trying to get me to take on the secretary's position but I have enough to do without getting involved in something that doesn't interest me.
I have never tried to build a tree of one colour in FL but they are very pretty so when I eventually complete this tree (which is taking me ages) to get my free SF at Christmas I may try & do another one of one colour.
That's not very fair changing your work rota without asking you first or letting you know about it. Quite right packing the job in if you're not happy there any longer & can afford to. Is Gregor quite good around the house when you're working? x

Hi Anne, nice to see you back. All well here thanks. Hope all is good with you & the family too. I hated the gold chicks. They were as bad as the candies but at least you can stick the vases into storage & take them out at any time. The gold endangered were a lot quicker & easier. The winter wildlife is my favourite, I never get bored of them & I'm delighted to have no challenges, just festive mice & snow bunnies. I would like to see some new clothes for the snowmen & decorations for the trees, just something a little different. I find there's no real incentive to make new Santas & Snowmen when you already have a couple of shelves full of them. I probably won't be here much the next couple of days. Tuesdays are busy looking after Thomas who's 20 months now & also going to MILs, taking her shopping, cooking her evening meal etc & Wednesdays I have a few classes I go to plus I get organised for our Thursday dance class - I do the music so I download any new songs for new dances, make up the playlist & the CD. By the time I come home from aqua aerobics at 7.30pm then get my dinner I can't really be bothered with FL :-)
