u need to remove the snowman mouth if u want a santa snowman
once it is completed u cannot change it

You grow the pumpkin by spotting spooky wildlife - plant the pumpkin and dust it until it's fully grown, you then have 1 hour to spot spooky wildlife which will make your pumpkin grow (wildlife spotted in your garden also help it to grow) - the more you spot, the bigger it will grow. 
The amount of lbs is equivalent to the diamonds the wildlife gives you - e.g. cat gives you 2 diamonds if spotted, and also 2lbs of pumpkin growth.  Crows give 10 diamonds and 10 lbs of growth.  Harvest the left pumpkin as it's RTH, plant another and dust until it's fully grown (the size yours are now), hover your mouse over it and you'll see the countdown has started to make it bigger and get hunting!  Note, only spooky wildlife make it grow, that includes UW spooky wildlife.  It gets the scary face when it reaches 30 lb in weight - good luck!
