Hi Amira I understand exactly what you mean. I stopped playing for about 4 years. Because it became more like a job than a game. I used to have like 10 pages of return sprinkles everyday. I only came back now in December and I am trying to keep it at 3 pages of returns.  Also we can't make gold anymore or do any trading. I bought some gold for the 1st time the other day and i have to try and make it last me  for as long as possible. When things get too much for me then I take a few days break. This game takes up too much of my time. When it starts to feel like it is sucking the life out of me I take a break. So if you want to take a break you must do so. The game will always be here when you come back.
