Well as long as I don't turn, bend over or twist to quickly I'm managing... naproxen is my new best friend right now!! LOL.. so glad she is doing well and is resting peacefully with those pain meds! Witch hazel is a very good choice might also try an ice packs for 20 min once an hour to help with swelling as well... or some naproxen for you as well.. slides you a few tablets... gee I feel like a drug dealer now!! ..LOL all in all it sounds like we are all going to come out of these incidents with good outcomes.. eventually 😊

Oh my goodness... I'm so sorry that's awful way to end an evening for sure but so glad your okay  with nothing too serious but bruises! I fell yesterday  also.. happy mother's day to me I tripped over the garden hose and now have a cracked/bruised rib. But like you alls well in the end just a few weeks of dang that hurts!! Hope your partners surgery goes well today and that you both heal quickly... will be thinking of you both today as you get through this day together😊🤗
