It's a dull start to the day, I'm feeling rubbish, I put my back out 2 days ago cleaning my cat's litter tray, got heat patches on my back and rubbing in Volterol, not doing much good, also my hubby is really poorly with a bad UTI infection, spent yesterday morning over hospital, he's on strong antibiotics, things just aren't going good for us right now, was hoping to go swimming with my Grandson later today but doubt that will happen now, I remember having a bad back years ago and being in the water really helped, will have to see what the day unfolds x x Mum still in hospital, no news as to when she'll come out x
