Prayers and positive thoughts would be appreciated for my mom please- she had an emergency colostomy today. She's been in pain so long that I hope this is the answer but nervous about her recovery.

Thank you! All the prayers are appreciated!  DIdn't sleep much last night and then it was a long day waiting for the call the she was out of surgery. My sister video called so I got to tell her I love her. She had a perforation and total blockage i her colon so I am of course worried about infection as she recovers but I have to try to have faith that the doctors cleaned it all up well. Her ostomy bag may be only temporary if she heals well.
