Hi Mich, its sunny here we are mid another mini heatwave. Far too hot for me , but we did have a little rain yesterday so that cut the humidity a lot. How kind of you to drive your neighbours who are unable to drive now. I am so sorry you too suffer with Arthritis, any kind of weather affects it doesnt it. Yes gentle exercise daily helps mobility, l do mine every morning before coming downstairs and on dry days l use the exercise bike in the garden in the evening. There are lots of gentle ones in videos online. I am glad Spring is on its way for you soon. That should ease the Arthritic pain. Too much heat or cold is a no no for Arthitis in my case. Do take care and have a lovely day xxx
