Hi Tricia it will be nice to have it open all year, Nicola and Martin will own it, but Dave and I can go when we like, just have to check its vacent, Nicola can only go School holidays for any length of time, we can go anytime, Ian and Margaret are included also, which is what I always did with ours as long as it was being used, and it was a Godsend during Covid as we all went a week at a time after each other, so strict with antibacterial wipes sprays and bedding and towels, it was great how really well it worked and we all got a nice break, That sounds really painful for Katylin if its turned right round, poor Girl hope she gets it sorted soon, love and hugs  xxx
