Hi Tricia, It was frozen pipes underneath the Caravan, from that freezing spell we had in earlier November, we were told lots of people had been caught out as it never freezes so early, yes Dave was glad to close it down till spring, it was soul destroying Tricia when he just could not fix it, I thought Thanksgiving had been for you but thought I got it wrong, bet she feels lovely Ladybug after a good brushing,  Goodnight sweet Dreams Tricia and love and hugs xxx
