Morning Sal ~ The sun is playing hide & seek here; dry for the moment, but the rain and wind will be back at some point today.  Housing prices here are thru the roof, not sure how anyone can afford to buy or rent these days.  Hope Ben finds something he likes.  Going to Jeff's (son) for Christmas Eve then the rest of family will be over here day after Christmas.  Going to enjoy a lazy couple of days before Christmas.  Today is the last day before we start gaining more daylight!  Had the dark evenings and mornings, so am looking forward to more light, gradual as it may be.  Have a great day, take care, stay safe ~
